Wayne Easterling Recognized with SUN Award

Easterling is a laboratory coordinator for Physics & Astronomy, and has been with ASU the past four years. He earned his SUN Award for consistently going above and beyond his normal responsibilities, for being a tremendous resource to physics lecturers, and for providing a positive learning experience for all students taking physics courses.

Easterling was very surprised by the award and says receiving it was meaningful because it came from a professor he works with.

When he handed it to me I was like "whoa" Easterling says. "It was great. Working with good people is what makes my job so much fun."
