  • Hold the mass at either the bottom or top of the disk and then release the mass
    Hold the mass at either the bottom or top of the disk and then release the mass when the rotating ball is aligned with the oscillating mass. Repeat the release-and-observer process until the rotating disk and the oscillating mass are synchronized.
