The Physics Instructional Resource Team manages all undergraduate physics laboratory courses hosted by the Department of Physics.
In-Person Laboratory Courses
This includes lab support for the physics 1, 2 and 3 labs (for physics majors), PHY 150, PHY 151, and PHY 252, the physics 1 & 2 labs for pre-med students, PHY 113 and PHY 114, and the physics 1 & 2 labs for engineers, PHY 122 and PHY 132 (as well as the honors versions, PHY 121/122H and PHY 131/132H).
We also support the Intro to Physics course PHY 101, the Fundamentals of Physical Science course PHS 110, and the Science of Musical Instruments course PHS 115.
Online Laboratory Courses
Our online PHY 113, PHY 114, PHY 122, and PHY 132 courses use the Phet Physics simulations and/or the KET Education virtual physics labs.
